Job summary

Siraty in Muscat is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented logistics support assistant to back dispatch and inventory management. You will help coordinate shipments, keep stock records accurate, and ensure goods move efficiently from storage to destinations.

Responsibilities include dispatch arrangements, stock monitoring, documenting deliveries, coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff, updating systems, and supporting safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Reliable, organized and detail-oriented candidate required.
• Experience with dispatch or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with internal teams and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily dispatch arrangements and delivery scheduling.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Prepare delivery orders, stock transfer records and dispatch docs.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Update inventory systems and maintain stock records.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with physical counts.
• Track deliveries and report delays or discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are packed, labelled and ready for dispatch.
• Identify variances and help resolve inventory issues.
• Maintain organized storage and follow safety procedures.
• Work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Proactively learn logistics and warehouse procedures.
