Job summary

JobCenter in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Part-Time Executive Chef to lead culinary operations. Salary is 1700$ based on experience. Accommodation is provided if needed.

The role requires proven Executive Chef experience, strong leadership, and expertise in cooking techniques. You will plan menus, train staff, monitor stock, and ensure health and safety standards while working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Attention to detail in creating visually appealing dishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
