Job summary

Introduct Group is seeking an Oracle APEX Programmer to join a government-sector project in Oman. You will design, develop, and optimize Oracle APEX applications and PL/SQL, and integrate REST APIs to connect with enterprise and public services.

The role focuses on secure, scalable software delivery, with responsibilities spanning UI, reports, and bilingual/RTL interfaces, while ensuring performance and code quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle development.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX, including recent experience with APEX 22.x or later.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including packages, triggers, bulk processing, dynamic SQL, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience designing and integrating ORDS and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX security, including authentication, authorization, Active Directory, and SSO.
• At least one valid Oracle certification in Oracle APEX or Oracle PL/SQL is required.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade Oracle APEX solutions in a corporate environment.

What you’ll do

What We Are Looking For

Must-have
