Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operations across departments in Oman. You will develop streamlined processes to cut costs, oversee budgets, and drive efficiency.

The role requires turning data into actionable insights for senior leadership and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the operations team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations management in a fast-paced industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
