Job Purpose

We are seeking an Operations Director to lead service delivery across a portfolio of multinational clients. This is a senior, client- and government-facing leadership role requiring experience in dynamic small to mid-sized companies, strong client engagement, deep knowledge of Omani ministries, PRO team management, and delivery to international service standards. The successful candidate must combine operational leadership, client relationship management, and high-level government engagement, with direct influence on client retention, service quality, and business growth.
