Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to represent clients in all Health, Safety, and Environmental matters for a factory construction project in Duqm. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of relevant HSE experience and a strong understanding of international HSE standards.

The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting audits, and promoting a safety culture. A Bachelor’s degree and professional HSE certifications are required. Experience in the Middle East is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HSE experience in construction projects.
• Experience in large-scale industrial or factory construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HSE activities on behalf of the client.
• Ensure contractors comply with project HSE requirements and Oman regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to influence contractors and enforce compliance

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
