Job summary

Snoonu is hiring an Account Manager to build and nurture long-term partnerships across Oman, acting as the trusted business partner to key accounts and driving growth through strategic collaboration.

You will manage a portfolio of partner accounts, identify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless support and onboarding for partners, while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a multicultural context.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts across Oman.
• Serve as primary contact, ensuring partner satisfaction and retention.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to improve account performance and growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver support.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for partners.
• Participate in partner meetings and business reviews.
