Job summary

Hire Fellows in Oman seeks an entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead the launch of its platform in a brand new market. As the first hire in Oman, you will build the business from zero, drive partnerships, shape market strategy, and establish the platform as a leading destination for youth engagement in the country.

In this role, you will own market activation, drive brand partner acquisition, and manage key accounts, with direct reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
Proven track record of building and closing commercial partnerships in Oman.
Existing network across brands and industries in Oman.
Strong understanding of the Omani market and Gulf youth culture.
Ability to work independently in a high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the market entry and expansion strategy in Oman.
Drive brand partner acquisition and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Identify, approach, and close partnerships with brands, businesses, and stakeholders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and strategic accounts.
Own market activation initiatives and local execution of the platform.
Develop deep understanding of the Omani youth market and consumer trends.
Act as the face of the business in Oman and represent the company at meetings and events.
Monitor performance and own market targets and KPIs.
Provide market insights and recommendations to leadership on growth opportunities.
