Specialized Import and Trading LLC in Muscat, Oman, seeks an entrepreneurial Country Manager to launch a GCC platform in a brand-new market. You will be the first hire in Oman, building a business from zero, driving partnerships, shaping market strategy, and establishing the platform as a leading destination for youth engagement in the country.

You will own market activation, drive brand partner acquisition, and nurture commercial relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Omani national with right to work in Oman.
• 5+ years in sales, business development or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of closing partnerships and building business from scratch.
• Strong network across brands and industries in Oman.

Responsibilities

• Lead market entry and expansion strategy in Oman.
• Drive brand partner acquisition and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify, approach, and close partnerships with brands and key stakeholders.
• Own market activation initiatives and ensure local execution of the platform.
• Develop understanding of the Omani youth market and competitive landscape.
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry engagements.
• Monitor commercial performance and own market KPIs.
• Provide market insights and growth opportunities to leadership.
