Job summary

Hire Fellows seeks a Country Manager to launch in Oman. You will own market activation, drive partnerships, and establish the platform as a leading youth engagement destination in the country.

You’ll report to the CEO and build the business from zero, shaping strategy and growth with limited resources. You’ll leverage an existing network, negotiate with brands, and lead commercial efforts to hit ambitious KPIs.

Qualifications

• Omani national.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record closing partnerships and growing new business.
• Established network with brands and industries in Oman.
• Strong understanding of the Omani market and Gulf youth culture.
• Demonstrated ownership of commercial targets and results.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with independent decision-making in ambiguity.
• Comfortable in a high-growth startup and launching new markets.
• Arabic and English fluency preferred.
• Based in Oman; able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Lead the brand's market entry and expansion in Oman.
• Drive partner acquisition and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify, approach, and close partnerships with brands and stakeholders.
• Maintain long-term relationships with partners and strategic accounts.
• Own market activation and ensure local execution of the platform.
• Develop understanding of the Omani youth market and competition.
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry engagements.
• Monitor performance and own market targets and KPIs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for growth.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
