Job summary

TruKKer is seeking a collections specialist in Oman to manage day-to-day receivables for the Oman customer portfolio. The role focuses on timely cash recovery, reducing overdue ageing, and maintaining clean, reconciled accounts.

You will own an assigned portfolio, deliver monthly collection targets, follow up on due and overdue invoices, and coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve disputes. VAT and e-invoicing compliance in line with Oman Tax Authority requirements will be supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or credit control.
• GCC experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Owning an assigned portfolio of Oman customer accounts.
• Delivering monthly collection targets.
• Following up on due and overdue invoices.
• Sharing invoices, SOAs, and supporting documents like PODs and delivery notes.
• Reconciling customer accounts.
• Coordinating with Sales and Finance to resolve billing disputes.
• Tracking and reporting DSO.
• Supporting VAT and e-invoicing compliance in line with Oman Tax Authority requirements.
