Job summary

Tawteen in Oman seeks a Credit Control Trainee within Finance & Accounts to support premium collection and receivables management from corporate clients, brokers and agents, ensuring timely statements and reconciliations across the Oracle Fusion system.

You will assist with monthly and quarterly SOAs, support MIS reporting, and help with AML/CFT screening and compliance while building knowledge of credit risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional qualification in accounting or credit management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, receivables management and credit-risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection follow-ups with account managers and prioritize overdue plans.
• Reconcile client accounts and ensure accurate SOAs monthly and quarterly.
• Provide timely MIS reporting including collection movement dashboards.
• Coordinate with underwriting and operations to resolve premium discrepancies.
• Ensure AML/CFT screening and compliance in payments and transactions.
