Job summary

Experience in Muscat is seeking a Production Delivery Supervisor to oversee daily operations of oil field production, ensuring safety, efficiency, and output targets are met. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing production schedules, and enforcing HSE standards across field and office environments.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree, 5–7 years in EWT or related production roles, strong leadership, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in engineering or related field.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• 5-7 years in related EWT/production roles.
• Experience with EWT and surface facilities.
• Strong leadership and safety management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide extended well testing appraisals for production in Surface Facilities B60 - Off Plot.
• Avoid excessive flaring of significant volumes of gas while predicting full field production profiles.
• Gather EWT data to support reduction of depletion planning uncertainties identified at the outset of appraisal.
• Ensure EWT testing improves confidence in predictions of production profiles for the full field development.
• Promote safety awareness and lead incident investigations, providing corrective actions.
• Report production and HSE metrics to senior management.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning and maintenance teams.
