Job summary

The candidate will develop 3D geological models, design sampling and QA/QC processes, and interpret metallurgical data to drive production improvements while ensuring a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. in Geology.
• Experience: minimum 10 years in geology with field camp exposure.
• Skills: 3D modelling, grade control planning, data QA/QC.
• Willingness to work in remote field camps.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 3D geological and alteration modelling.
• Design sampling techniques and QA/QC checks on drill cores and blast samples.
• Interpret metallurgical data for production improvements.
• Lead geologists and supervise grade control and mine geology activities.
• Prepare annual departmental budgets and ensure safe, efficient drilling operations.
