Job summary

Dewan Consultants invites an experienced Mill Operator to safely and efficiently operate Vertical Roller Mills and Hammer Mills in cement or mineral processing settings. You will follow manufacturer guidelines, SOPs, and safety standards while ensuring production targets are met.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, at least 5 years in cement or mineral processing, and hands-on experience with grinding mills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cement Industry or Mineral Processing/Pulverization Plants.
• Hands-on experience operating grinding mills is mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills with the ability to read and follow equipment instructions.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and safe mill operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding mills as per manufacturer guidelines, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Monitor mill operation, production output, and equipment performance.
• Ensure mill output meets required QA/QC standards in coordination with the laboratory.
• Oversee lubrication and conduct daily inspection and basic maintenance of mill equipment.
• Coordinate with the mechanical team during scheduled and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare daily reports on mill operation, production, and resource utilization.
• Support the Production Supervisor and perform shift in-charge duties when required.
• Maintain tools, housekeeping, and safe working conditions.
• Follow company HSE policies and procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for smooth operations.

Monthly Total: SAR 5200

( Basic Sr. 3000 ( for 8 hrs.) + 25% Housing & 10% Transport allowance)
