Job summary

Qualifications

• Omani nationality is required.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in SME/Business Banking or Retail Relationship Management.
• Experience with liability products, customer acquisition and portfolio management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Business development: identify income opportunities, develop annual plan and sales budget, promote liability products to meet targets.
• Portfolio & relationship management: manage SME accounts, conduct client reviews, ensure profitability and satisfaction.
• Risk & compliance: ensure adherence to credit policy and regulatory requirements, document accounts accurately.
• Operational excellence: drive improvements through automation and digital solutions, ensure smooth processing of transactions.
• Learning & development: stay updated on bank products, mentor junior staff and share knowledge.
• Process innovation & digitalization: drive process improvements with innovative digital solutions.
• Business control & governance: ensure adherence to policies and industry standards in all activities.
