Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services seeks a material handler to manage the receipt, inspection and distribution of materials at our Oman site. You will coordinate with Buyers, Expediters and PDO for updates and issue closeouts while ensuring accurate SAP records and timely deliveries to the warehouse.

The role requires working with banksman and permit holders, ensuring 100% stock accuracy and daily reporting. PDO Oman experience is highly preferred and candidates should have a related degree or diploma.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma / BE required with Oman PDO experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP and updating Copes for material handling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, load, offload and issue materials to the site.
• Inspect materials and update SAP and Copes records.
• Coordinate with Buyers/Expediters/PDO for updates and issue closures.
• Load/offload materials with banksman and permit holder coordination with site team.
• Reconcile materials and upload MTCS in SAP; deliver to warehouse.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy and generate related reports.

Role & responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, loading, offloading, and issuing new and surplus materials to the site
• Material Inspection and SAP & Copes Updates
• To coordinate with Buyers/Expediters/PDO for Updates and Close out of Issues
• Loading & Offloading Materials with Banksman & Permit Holder and coordination with Site team
• Reconciliation of Material -Updating in SAP and Uploading All MTC in SAP and Delivery to warehouse.
• Maintain 100 % Stock accuracy of Materials and Reporting

Preferred candidate profile

Degree / Diploma / BE - PDO Oman experience highly preferred
