Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain Integrated Project Schedules (Level 3 / Level 4) covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, load‑out, and sail‑away activities.
• Prepare fabrication yard schedules for offshore structures such as jackets, decks, modules, skids, pipe racks, and piles.
• Define planning logic, construction sequences, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Establish project baselines and monitor progress against approved schedules.

Progress Monitoring & Control

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress across all disciplines.
• Analyze schedule variances and identify critical path activities.
• Prepare recovery and mitigation plans for delays.
• Coordinate schedule updates and forecasting to reflect actual progress.

Resource & Productivity Planning

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and yard resource planning.

Reporting & Client Interface

• Prepare and issue progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to management and client.

Risk & Interface Management

• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
