Client of Skc Management Consulting is seeking a Planning Engineer to oversee and update project schedules for road and bridge construction. You will define the baseline, track progress, and prepare recovery plans to mitigate delays, while aligning with project policies.

Responsibilities include updating look-ahead schedules, resource allocation, and maintaining master construction programs. Strong Primavera P6 proficiency is essential for success.

• Experience in planning and scheduling on construction projects.
• Ability to develop and manage recovery plans.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare and update baseline and 3-month/1-month look-ahead schedules.
• Define and update site organizational structure as needed.
• Develop recovery programs to catch up delays and optimize resources.
• Create plan-vs-actual reports, histograms, and S-curves.
• Prepare construction schedules for tenders and master programs.
• Monitor ongoing construction programs and maintain project documentation.
• Demonstrate hands-on Primavera P6 experience on projects.

PLANNING ENGINEER

• Road amp Bridges
• Responsible for preparation updating and tracking of Baseline schedule 3 months look ahead schedule delay impact program monthly schedule material procurement program master list of material and internal schedule
• Responsible for defining and preparing the updates of site organizational structure
• Responsible for estimation and preparation of recovery program to catch up with the delays and evaluate allocation of resources and provide a recommendation to maintain required progress and ensures it in adherence with company set policies
• Responsible for developing and implementing plan versus actual progress charts histograms S curves Reports and analyses deviations from plan
• Preparation of a construction schedule for the tendering purpose
• Preparation of the master project construction program for new jobs
• Prepare the recovery schedules Provide information in preparation for technical submittal for the tenders
• Updating and monitoring of the construction program of ongoing projects Maintaining a copy of the construction program for various ongoing projects
• On hands working experience in Primavera-P6
