Job summary

Carmeuse Lime & Stone is seeking a maintenance professional to lead autonomous, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs in our Oman operations. You will review inspection checklists and frequencies, manage CMMS, and drive reliability initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role involves equipment reliability studies, root cause analysis, and collaboration with production and operations to minimize downtime while controlling maintenance costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and administering maintenance programs (autonomous, preventative, predictive).
• Ability to analyze data and act on KPIs to improve maintenance performance.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer autonomous, preventative and predictive maintenance programs; regularly review inspection quality and frequencies.
• Select, implement, train on, and support CMMS and related systems.
