Job summary

OQ8 in Oman seeks an experienced Reliability Engineer to lead RCM initiatives for critical assets in the operating context. You will conduct RCM assessments, develop corrective actions, and prepare comprehensive reports with root cause analysis and recommendations.

You will monitor failure trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide junior engineers, and ensure adherence to standards and best practices, contributing to sustained asset reliability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of reliability engineering experience, with a focus on RCM.
• Experience with reliability/maintenance software (CMMS/RCM).
• Strong communication, analytical and cross-functional teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RCM analysis and determine maintenance strategies.
• Develop maintenance tasks to mitigate identified failure modes.
• Prepare reports including root cause analysis and recommendations.
• Coach and guide engineers; communicate findings to stakeholders.
