Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. is seeking a Non-Management, full-time team member for its Saudi Arabia location. You will lead staff to deliver exceptional guest service, oversee grooming and attire, and manage daily opening/closing duties while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

You will also participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, while upholding the brand's Gold Standards and ensuring excellent guest experiences across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of related work experience is required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to ensure top-level service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; uphold The Ritz-Carlton standards.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper grooming; manage daily opening/closing duties and stock inventories.
• Maintain and enforce quality standards, operational efficiency, and cost control; address guest needs promptly.
