Job summary

CASALUX Luxury Tile & Porcelain Showroom in Muscat seeks an Interior Designer–Sales to blend design consultancy with sales of premium tile and porcelain collections. You will welcome clients, translate their needs into elegant design concepts, and guide them from discovery to order, ensuring a luxury buying experience tailored to villa, hospitality or commercial projects.

You will create mood boards, 2D/3D visuals (SketchUp/3ds Max/AutoCAD) and coordinate with architects and contractors, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related design discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, including 1–2 years in a client-facing sales/showroom role, preferably in tiles or luxury materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop and MS Office; rendering is a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with residential/hospitality projects in Oman or GCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a premium, personalized CASALUX experience.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client projects, space, style, budget and timeline.
• Present collections by mood and design story, not by price.
• Translate client requirements into tile/porcelain concepts with design and technical detail.
• Prepare mood boards, layouts and 3D visuals to help clients imagine the result.
• Manage stock, lead times and delivery schedules with logistics and finance.
• Build product knowledge and communicate CASALUX exclusivity to clients.
