Job summary

CASALUX Luxury Showroom in Muscat seeks a Lighting & Smart Home Design Engineer (Low-Voltage). You will lead low-voltage lighting design, specify LED drivers, dimming and control systems, and design integrated smart-home ecosystems for residential, hospitality and showroom projects.

Working closely with the Interior Designer - Sales team, you will deliver technical drawings, support the sale from concept to commissioning, and ensure compliance with IEC/Omani standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics/Communications Engineering, Lighting Design, Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing and commissioning smart-home / home-automation systems.
• Proficiency in lighting design software and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead low-voltage lighting design for residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
• Define lighting layers, colour temperature, CRI, beam angles, lux levels and glare control.
• Design complete smart-home solutions covering lighting control, HVAC, audio, CCTV and access control.
• Prepare schematics, wiring diagrams and control-system layouts.
• Coordinate with Interior Designer - Sales team to present solutions and support sales.
