Four Seasons Red Sea is seeking a Residences Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations of the residential community within the luxury resort ecosystem. This role supports HOA administration, owner relations, financial oversight and project coordination with a focus on exceptional service.

You will work closely with the Director of Residences, requiring strong leadership, clear communication, and a background in branded residential environments, ideally with HOA experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Background in luxury hospitality or branded residences.
• HOA experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident experience and coordination with hotel departments to ensure premium service for residents.
• Manage HOA billing and financial oversight in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Support planning, maintenance and projects impacting shared facilities.
• Lead People & Culture and L&D initiatives for residential staff and ensure safety protocols.
