Responsibilities

• General: Follow hotel policies and procedures.
• MOHG Code of Conduct applies to all business activities.
• Support learning and development activities.
• Safeguard guest, customer, and colleague data; do not disclose confidential information.
• Adhere to Safe, Sound and Sustainable at Mandarin Oriental.
• Follow MOHG Social Media Policy; be responsible for published content.
• Zero tolerance on harassment or discrimination; uphold respectful conduct.
• Carry out additional duties as requested by management.
• Organize supply closets and maintain housekeeping areas for efficiency.
• Return lost articles to Lost & Found per policy.
• Adhere to Do Not Disturb policy.
• Assist Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper as required.
