Job summary

Assariprama Log in Oman is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Control Tower Manager to oversee end-to-end visibility and performance. You will lead control tower operations, coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams, and drive improvements across logistics processes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in a related field and proven leadership in supply chain management, with strong English communication and analytical skills. This is a full-time role based in Sohar Port Free Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics control towers, transportation management, or a similar leadership position.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and logistics processes.
• Experience with supply chain visibility platforms, ERP systems, TMS, WMS, and data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to operational disruptions.
• Knowledge of port, freight forwarding, customs, and international logistics operations is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily supply chain control tower operations and ensure end-to-end shipment visibility.
• Monitor transportation, warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, and delivery activities.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports covering key supply chain indicators.
• Identify potential delays, disruptions, capacity constraints, and operational risks.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, carriers, suppliers, warehouses, customs teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Establish escalation procedures and coordinate timely responses to supply chain issues.
• Analyze shipment and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor service levels, transportation costs, delivery performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
• Support supply and demand planning by providing accurate operational information and forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication between all parties involved in supply chain operations.
• Develop standard operating procedures, workflows, and escalation guidelines for control tower activities.
• Prepare regular management reports and recommendations based on supply chain performance.
• Coordinate with technology teams to improve supply chain visibility, tracking, and data integration.
• Ensure operations comply with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable logistics regulations.
