Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the Learning Solutions & Services Department. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, integrating, and improving enterprise learning systems, acting as the technical bridge between business needs and technology solutions across learning platforms and future initiatives.

You will work on integrating SAP SuccessFactors Learning with other enterprise systems, enhance mobile learning, and evaluate LMS platforms like Blackboard, Canvas, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8 years of experience in enterprise business systems, learning technologies, or HCM solutions.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or comparable LMS.
• Experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Experience with Blackboard, Canvas, or Moodle is preferred.
• Experience supporting mobile applications and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for enterprise learning systems.
• Design, assess, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning and other systems.
• Lead technical analysis for new learning technologies for compatibility with the enterprise learning architecture.
• Support design and integration of mobile learning solutions and backend interfaces.
• Assess LMS platforms (Blackboard/Canvas/Moodle) for business needs and integration requirements.
• Enhance and maintain corporate learning systems including SuccessFactors and Job Certification.
• Evaluate emerging learning technologies and suggest improvements for learner experience and efficiency.
• Lead AI enablement within learning systems.
