Job summary

Aramco seeks a Rigless Operations Foreman to lead completion operations in unconventional resources. You will supervise wireline, slickline, coiled tubing and related services, ensuring safety, well integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers and contractors, conducting site inspections, and driving continuous improvement while developing junior team members.

Qualifications

• Technical or bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years in rigless well intervention operations.
• Experience with stimulation, wireline, slickline, coiled tubing and flowback.
• Familiar with wellhead and downhole completion design and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise rigless well intervention operations (wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, snubbing).
• Ensure well barrier integrity and compliance with safety regulations.
• Interface with engineers and service personnel to align objectives and mitigate risk.
• Perform site inspections, equipment audits, and incident investigations, driving improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and support capability growth.
