Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Riyadh team to lead cost management, budgeting, and value delivery on major infrastructure projects. The role requires mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

You will apply extensive QS expertise, CAD and software tools to drive accurate cost estimation, procurement and contract administration while adhering to regional standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of professional experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or related construction disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes and commercial management.
• Advanced proficiency with quantity surveying software, CAD applications, and land-information management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting for complex projects.
• Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors and survey technicians.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to manage variations and changes.
• Review tender documents and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure accurate reporting of project performance and cost control.
