Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent
• Strong commercial acumen with contract administration and cost management expertise
• Proven stakeholder management experience and understanding of sustainability principles

Responsibilities

• Manage all post-contract quantity surveying and commercial activities across the project
• Administer construction contracts and ensure contractual compliance by all parties
• Prepare, review, and assess interim payment applications and payment certifications
• Evaluate variations, change orders, claims, and extension of time submissions
• Conduct cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project budgets and identify commercial risks and mitigation measures
• Support the preparation of monthly commercial reports and cost dashboards
• Review contractor valuations and ensure accurate financial records are maintained
• Provide commercial advice to project stakeholders and support informed decision-making
• Collaborate with project management, design, and construction teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved
• Contribute to robust cost control procedures and governance frameworks

The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Delivers cost management services across the full project lifecycle, supporting both new and ongoing commissions. Applies strong technical expertise and professional capability to achieve successful outcomes across a range of sectors and specialisms.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Managing all post-contract quantity surveying and commercial activities across the project.
• Administering construction contracts and ensuring contractual compliance by all parties.
