Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to create innovative and visually appealing desserts
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and trends

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and oversee the production of all pastries and desserts for the restaurant
• Develop new menu items and seasonal specials
• Train, mentor and supervise pastry staff members
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients and supplies
• Collaborate with other chefs to create a cohesive menu
