Job summary

PPOAR in Muscat is seeking a Pastry Chef to create delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries. You will work with our team of chefs to develop new recipes while ensuring consistency and quality in all baked goods. You will lead a team of pastry assistants, manage time to meet production deadlines, and maintain inventory.

A minimum of 2 years' experience is required; a culinary degree is preferred but not essential. Experience with international cuisine is an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Degree or diploma in culinary arts or pastry making preferred but not required.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with international cuisine is a plus.

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and sweets.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
