Job summary

Abroad Work in Muscat, Oman, is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to oversee our pastry kitchen in a fine dining setting. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure exceptional desserts that reflect our menu and flavor profiles.

You will create and develop new dessert recipes, maintain quality and presentation, and bring creativity to every plated dessert. A minimum of 5 years in a similar role is required; knowledge of Indian desserts is a plus though not required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining establishment.
• Strong understanding of flavor profiles, techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to lead and train a pastry team.
• Knowledge of Indian desserts is a plus but not required.
