Qualifications

• Education/Experience Path: Technical/University Degree or HS Diploma + 4 years Field Services.
• Core Experience: 7+ years in field services or power generation maintenance.
• Level III Certification: Level III training completed.
• Technical Literacy: Read and interpret electrical/mechanical diagrams.
• Advanced Tools: Dial and laser alignment, thermal growth equipment must be ready.
• Logistics & Communication: English proficiency for reporting and customer talks.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively, holidays, weekends, overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage site activities: planning, organizing, integrating resources per scope.
• You are the Project Manager: organize labor and subcontractors to schedule.
• Walk-downs to verify work and identify issues before failures.
• Own logistics and supply chain for outage scope.
• On-site installation, preventive maintenance, repair, calibration.
• Provide technical instruction to customer representatives and report writing.
• Sign off on changes and assume responsibility for technical validity.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members; uphold safety culture.
