Kinetic Business Solutions is seeking a Laboratory Sales & Service Coordinator for our Muscat office. The role involves coordinating sales and service activities for laboratory equipment and solutions, and managing tenders, quotations and orders.

Ideal candidates have strong tender experience and a background in sales coordination within technical industries. This is a full-time role based in Muscat, Oman.

Formación

• Strong experience preparing and managing tenders and bid submissions is essential.
• Experience in sales coordination, preferably within laboratory equipment, scientific products or a technical industry.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sales and service activities for laboratory equipment and solutions.
• Prepare, coordinate and follow up on tenders and bids, ensuring submissions meet deadlines and requirements.
• Manage quotations, purchase orders and customer documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate orders and service requirements.
• Monitor tender opportunities, submission progress and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate sales records and support reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
