Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in reporting or performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools.
• Excellent data interpretation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Oman resident.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report operational data to monitor KPIs.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance monitoring systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports on operational and project performance.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and finance to align reporting needs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support audits and improve performance measurement frameworks.
