Net Revenue Manager
The Net Revenue Manager is a strategic role within the Commercial Excellence function at Haleon Saudi Arabia, accountable for designing and executing Net Revenue Management (NRM) strategy across Mass Market, Pharmacy Channel, Digital Commerce (e-commerce and quick commerce), and emerging routes-to-market in the Kingdom. The role is responsible for maximising Net Sales, protecting gross margin, and driving sustainable, profitable revenue growth across the Haleon KSA portfolio.
This position requires a commercially‑minded operator with experience building NRM capability inside a best‑in‑class FMCG multinational and a deep understanding of the Saudi retail promotional ecosystem, including pricing, promotional calendars, trade terms and supplier investment expectations. The incumbent partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer teams to convert external market intelligence into disciplined pricing, promotion, trade investment and assortment decisions that deliver measurable P&L impact. The role reports to the Commercial Excellence Lead.
Role Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end‑to‑end NRM agenda for Haleon KSA across the five NRM levers: pricing, pack‑price architecture, mix, promotional effectiveness and trade terms across all channels.
- Lead KSA pricing and Pack‑Price Architecture, including annual price reviews, channel harmonisation, value‑based pricing corridors and NPD pricing, ensuring alignment with KSA retailer expectations and competitive benchmarks.
- Build a structured, externally‑benchmarked view of the KSA promotional landscape and translate this into superior promotional ROI for Haleon.
- Analyse channel and customer profitability, identify revenue leakage, and recommend corrective action on mix, assortment rationalisation, trade terms and SKU portfolio to improve Net Sales and gross‑to‑net performance.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor pricing and promotions, consumer insights and channel performance using Nielsen, IQVIA, EPOS, internal sell‑in data and advanced analytics; provide recommendations to the KSA Leadership Team and MEA ComEx.
- Partner with Sales managers and Sales Head to convert insights into executable, channel‑specific plans for Mass Market, Pharmacy and Digital Commerce, including platform‑level pricing and promotional architecture.
- Input into budgeting and forecasting cycles; track and govern NRM KPIs including price realisation, trade spend efficiency, promo ROI and gross‑to‑net ratio.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Net Revenue Management, Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Customer Marketing or Commercial Finance within a top‑tier blue‑chip FMCG multinational operating at scale in the KSA market.
- Direct, hands‑on experience engaging with the category and commercial teams of Saudi modern trade and pharmacy retailers (e.g., Panda, Othaim, Tamimi, BinDawood, LuLu, Carrefour, Nahdi, Al Dawaa) and a demonstrated understanding of how these retailers structure promotional plans, price ladders and trade investment negotiations.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable net sales, margin or gross‑to‑net improvement through disciplined pricing, promotional optimisation and trade spend reallocation in the KSA market.
- Cross‑category exposure across multiple FMCG segments, bringing a broad external lens and structured benchmarking rigour, rather than a single‑category track record.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with hands‑on P&L analysis, financial modelling and syndicated data interpretation (advanced Excel required; BI tools and Nielsen/IQVIA proficiency required).
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior commercial and finance stakeholders in a matrixed multinational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal NRM/RGM certification or capability training from a recognised FMCG multinational with a globally structured RGM framework.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Finance or Analytics.
- Experience leading cross‑functional NRM projects or contributing to regional/cluster NRM capability builds.
- Experience operating across both grocery retail and pharmacy channel dynamics in KSA.
