We're a Franco‑Saudi CRO helping international pharmaceutical companies conduct clinical trials across the GCC. We need a proactive and organized administrative professional who can:

• Support CEO operations and manage schedules with minimal supervision
• Handle sales prospecting and client outreach professionally
• Collaborate seamlessly with our Paris office team (daily English communication)
• Manage CRM systems, documentation, and administrative workflows independently
