Job summary

Introduct Group in Oman invites an experienced Java Trainer to join the Introduct Academy and lead Java-focused training for junior to mid-level engineers. The role combines classroom instruction, curriculum development, student assessment, and collaboration with the academy team.

The position is a 1-year contract with relocation to Oman (Muscat). On-site teaching, practical projects, and a strong emphasis on hands-on learning ensure graduates are job-ready for internal teams and trusted clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Java development experience.
• Practical experience with Java 11+ / Java 17+.
• Strong understanding of OOP, backend concepts, and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases and RESTful APIs.
• Mentoring, code reviews, and coaching junior developers.
• Interest in teaching and technical mentorship; strong audience engagement.
• English proficiency sufficient to conduct classes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt Java training programs, including lectures and practical sessions.
• Prepare and update training materials based on student level and market needs.
• Deliver on-site lectures, practical classes, and workshops.
• Explain complex concepts clearly and structurally.
• Support students during practical exercises and projects.
• Review assignments, assess knowledge, and participate in final evaluations.
• Provide regular feedback and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with methodologists, other trainers, and the academy team.
• Participate in student selection processes when required.
