Job summary

CCB Manpower Services is seeking a highly experienced Study Manager in Muscat, Oman. This critical role will lead the Front-End Loading (FEL) study lifecycle across scoping, pre-feasibility, and definitive feasibility phases, ensuring delivery of compliant, technically robust projects.

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with over 15 years of experience in mining project development. Strong governance and stakeholder management skills are essential.

This position allows you to shape high-value mining projects from concept to investment decision.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in mining or industrial project development.
• Proven track record managing full FEL study lifecycle and consultant/EPCM interfaces.
• Strong expertise in multi-discipline integration and technical report validation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end study lifecycle across all FEL phases.
• Lead engagement with external consultants and EPCM contractors.
• Validate technical deliverables and ensure compliance with international standards.
