Job summary

Acwa China is seeking a Store Keeper to manage shipping/receiving, stocking, and inventory records for the Teknikal Support department. The role requires maintaining stock control, coordinating with purchasing, and ensuring accurate documentation for materials and hazardous items.

The candidate should have a Diploma in a related field and at least 3 years in a similar function, with strong English communication and basic PC skills. ISO/OSH awareness is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related field.
• Experience with inventory management and stock records.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and disposal.
• Strong numeracy and typing skills.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Familiarity with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document all plant inventory, including ordering, receiving and allocating materials.
• Prepare annual requisitions, orders and reports; keep accurate stock records.
• Receive, inspect and reconcile incoming materials with purchase orders; report discrepancies.
• Post daily stock movements and maintain orderly warehouse and records area.
• Identify, segregate and preserve stored materials; arrange disposal where appropriate.
• Coordinate handling of hazardous materials and communicate with relevant personnel.
