Job summary

Marfa al shatti is seeking an experienced HVAC VRF Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair hotel air-conditioning systems. You will diagnose electrical, electronic, refrigerant and mechanical faults across VRF/VRV networks and return systems to full service with minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with VRF/VRV systems, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently on complex HVAC challenges in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• Minimum 3 years of VRF/VRV experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing VRF outdoor units.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC VRF Technician to be responsible for the operation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of the hotel s complete air-conditioning systems The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with VRF VRV systems and should be capable of independently diagnosing electrical electronic refrigerant and mechanical faults This is not only a preventive-maintenance position The technician must be able to identify the actual cause of HVAC failures repair equipment where practical replace defective components and return systems to normal operation with minimum downtime

Main Responsibilities

VRF VRV Systems

Operate inspect service and maintain hotel VRF VRV systems Troubleshoot VRF outdoor units indoor units and complete refrigerant networks Diagnose system error codes using manufacturer service manuals and diagnostic tools Diagnose and repair PCB control-board faultsInverter-board faultsCompressor faultsFan motorsOutdoor fan motorsElectronic Expansion Valves EEVs Solenoid valvesPressure sensorsTemperature sensors thermistorsCommunication faults between indoor and outdoor unitsPower-supply and control-wiring faultsRefrigerant-related faultsDetermine whether a component should be repaired or replaced Replace outdoor-unit and indoor-unit components when required Carry out proper VRF commissioning and testing following repairs

Refrigeration Work

Identify refrigerant leaks accurately Perform nitrogen pressure testing Perform vacuuming using a proper vacuum pump and micron gauge Charge refrigerant according to manufacturer specifications Recover refrigerant safely when necessary Carry out copper pipe brazing Repair or replace damaged refrigerant piping Understand refrigerant pipe sizing and VRF branch joints Check system operating pressures and temperatures Diagnose undercharge overcharge restrictions and refrigerant-flow problems

Preventive Maintenance

Required Experience
