Job summary

Marfa al shatti is seeking an experienced HVAC VRF Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair hotel air-conditioning systems. You will diagnose electrical, electronic, refrigerant and mechanical faults across VRF/VRV networks and return systems to full service with minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with VRF/VRV systems, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently on complex HVAC challenges in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• Minimum 3 years of VRF/VRV experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing VRF outdoor units.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hotel VRF/VRV systems.
• Troubleshoot refrigerant networks and PCB control faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond quickly to guest-room HVAC complaints with minimal disruption.
