Job summary

Client of Skc Management Consulting is seeking an experienced technician in Oman to maintain VRF/VRV systems and ensure reliable operation. The role requires hands-on expertise, diagnostics, and replacement of faulty components.

The candidate will work long hours with overtime as needed, and accommodation is provided. Medical coverage is included, with travel allowances according to policy. Join a dedicated team on challenging projects in the FM sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facilities management (FM) with hands-on VRF/VRV experience.
• Proficient in diagnosing faults using diagnostic tools and instruments.
• Experience replacing indoor/outdoor units, compressors, PCBs and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain VRF/VRV systems and ensure reliability of cooling/heating units.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and fix faults promptly.
• Replace indoor/outdoor units, compressors, PCB boards and sensors as needed.

Job description

Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in FM Industry.

Hands‑on experience with Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, Samsung DVM, or similar VRF/VRV systems.

Expertise in maintenance field of VRF/VRV systems.

Ability to use diagnostic tools for fault finding.

Experience in replacing indoor/outdoor units/Compressor, replacing PCB boards, and sensors.

Working Hours & Days

• 10 Hours with one‑hour break, 6 working days
• Overtime: fixed overtime paid for additional hours beyond the 10‑hour daily schedule. Company will pay overtime for additional overtime hours worked beyond the 10‑hour daily schedule and cover an additional one‑hour of work each day beyond normal working hours and 10 hours work on the 6th day of the week as required by the project.

Medical Coverage

Candidate will be covered by the Company’s medical insurance. This does not include Dental, Optical and other chronic diseases.

• Leave as per Oman Labour Law.
• Joining Air Passage: Company will provide the candidate with a one‑way economy class air ticket from his country to Muscat.
