Job summary

Ozone Overseas Consultants in Oman, Muscat is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to lead planning, installation, testing and handover of complex systems. You will oversee cost estimation, budgeting and BOQ interpretation while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and Primavera is preferred for timely delivery. Responsibilities include QA/QC, adherence to safety standards and local regulations, and effective

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including Chillers, VRF, DX, Ventilation, Ducting, Chilled Water, FCU, AHU.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Hands-on HVAC installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Cost estimation and budget management.
• Review BOQ drawings and specification interpretation.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC).
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and safety standards.
• Procurement and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera; also Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• HVAC system installation, testing, commissioning and handover to client.
• Plan, schedule and oversee project activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets and approvals.
• Interpret BOQ drawings and project specifications for execution.
• Perform QA/QC checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate procurement and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain documentation and liaise with authorities as needed.
• Utilize AutoCAD, MS Project and Primavera to track progress.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and quality requirements.
