Job summary

Ozone Overseas Consultants seeks a seasoned HVAC professional to lead installation, testing and handover of complex cooling systems. The role requires robust knowledge of chillers, VRF, DX, ventilation, ducting, and AHU/Fcu components, with a focus on QA/QC and safety standards.

You will handle project planning, cost estimation, BOQ interpretation, procurement, and subcontractor coordination, using AutoCAD and MS Project (Primavera preferred) to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF, DX, Ventilation, Ducting, Chilled Water, FCU, AHU, etc.)
• Project planning, scheduling, and execution
• HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
• Cost estimation and budget management
• BOQ, drawings, and specification interpretation
• Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and safety standards
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and Microsoft Office
