Job summary

Al Baleed Resort Salalah is seeking an HVAC Operations Supervisor responsible for supervising the operation, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC systems throughout the hotel, ensuring guest comfort, safety, and compliance with standards.

You will lead a team of technicians, implement preventive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, monitor energy usage, and coordinate with other departments to keep systems running efficiently and costs under control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HVAC experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and energy conservation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of HVAC technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and ensure prompt resolution of HVAC-related issues.
• Maintain comfortable temperatures and proper ventilation in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Monitor equipment performance and energy consumption to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and hotel operating standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments, contractors, and suppliers to support smooth operations.
