Al Baleed Resort Salalah By Anantara in Oman is seeking a proactive HVAC Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC systems across the resort. You will lead technicians, implement maintenance programs, and drive energy efficiency while ensuring guest comfort and safety.

The role requires 3–5 years in HVAC, supervisory experience, and strong problem-solving abilities. You will collaborate with other departments to keep facilities running smoothly and safely.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HVAC experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Supervise the daily activities of HVAC technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
