Thehseleader is seeking a Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Engineer to support safe operations across sites in Oman. You will conduct inspections, report unsafe practices, and help maintain HSSE compliance with international standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in an engineering-related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and HSSE certifications. Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in ISO-certified organizations.
• HSSE or environmental certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international safety standards with strong teamwork, time-management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct workplace safety inspections and report unsafe practices and non-compliance.
• Maintain inspection records, permits, test records and safety databases.
• Support safety analyses, risk reviews, incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare safety statistics and reports and deliver safety training and awareness activities.
• Follow company policies and HSSE procedures.
